Developing real time embryonic cell tracking and lineaging tools to enable single cell perturbations to study the regulation of embryogenesis. Complete PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2/14 under the mentorship of Dr. Nancy Allbritton. Developed an integrated imaging cytometer using a custom front-end for Micro-Manager to automated the imaging and release of microfabricated cell arrays.
