I am a PhD student looking to do some cool real-time processing on DIC images of biological polymers on our total internal reflection fluorescence microscope setup. I am a biologist by training doing a project on structural biology. I am an amateur programmer that nonetheless has difficulty maneuvering drivers and dependencies.
