Director of the Microscopy Facility and a Principal Investigator and Professor at University of Connecticut, Storrs. Instructor of an NSF funded undergraduate Cell Biology Laboratory course which uses 6 Nikon workstations controlled by Micro-Manager using LED light sources for fluorescence and transmitted light imaging. Our imaging facility has a Micro-Manager controlled automated Zeiss microscope using a Sutter DG4 light source and the lab has a similar setup with a ExCite source.
