Newer Micro-Manager versions (since ~ 20230101), have the XLightMM device adapter. First add the XLightMMHub. This should give you access to a Dicrhoic Wheel, and Emission Wheel, an Excitation Wheel, Spinning Slider, Camera Slider, Spinning Motor, emission Iris and Illumination Iris device.
