The major reason a lot of us do not succeed at losing weight is lack of self-discipline and determination. It is far easier to say I can’t, rather than I can. It is all too appealing to reach for the biscuit tin instead of the fruit bowl, a lot of us will shift all our blame onto our everyday living and that we are too busy or we do not have the money to eat healthily. Obviously this is just an cop out, it does not have to be a drawn out process or costly to better our diets. Gyms on the other hand, can be over-priced although with a bit of hard graft you will see significant results and be a lot fitter and healthier for it, although, unless you are dedicated enough to go frequently, you are unlikely to benefit from it although you do not have to go to the gym to exercise. Physical activity can be done behind closed doors, for example; fitness DVDs, not only are they fun but also easy on the pocket. The bottom line is if you do not do any exercise you are not going to lose weight. And a miniscule amount of exercise once a month  will not do, regularity is the key. Sugary drinks and sweets, crisps, chocolate and cakes really are a bad idea for anybody wanting to achieve weight loss, if all you are consuming between meals are these bad foods then you are certain to put on the pounds. Do not be fooled into thinking that one more won’t do any harm, as this will not be a one off occurrence it will more than likely soon turn into a habit and before you realise it you have gained another stone. You need to break out of the comfort zone you’re in and realise that in order to make a difference you must live and eat differently. For those of you who have tried very hard to diet and exercise and still have no luck, there are countless other suitable methods to gently push you on your way. One of which is the superb slimming supplement Capsiplex. A spicy Capsicum containing product, distinguished for its fat burning and appetite suppressing qualities, that successfully allows the user to burn up to an amazing 278 calories a day. The makers have cleverly invented a way that the Capsicum can be taken without causing pain –  an exclusive outer layer to ensure utmost absorbency of the product at no cost to the user.  Simply take one capsule a day 30-60 minutes before physical activity for best results. You can drop between 1-2lbs a week when combined with a well rounded diet and some exercise.
